Loft Lighting

These pictures of the converted attic show just how much light can be designed into a loft space. To compliment the lighting from the two windows on either side of the roof - a dormer window extension and skylight window - there are discreet spotlights to generate reflected light. The solid wooden flooring and softly coloured walls give the room a light airy feel.

Loft Heating

Central heating radiators are fitted within the loft to generate sufficient heating for year-round use. The house already had a combi-boiler central heating system which provided sufficient water pressure to use elevated radiators. The Velux™ windows provide ease of ventilation, electric sockets provide power to computer and other office equipment or supplemental heating.
