Redevelopment of a detached house in Manchester

The second floor extension significantly increased the size of the master bedroom. The additional space allowed us to add an en-suite and dressing room.

En-suite

The en-suite is tiled with a mosaic from imported Italian tiles. Fixtures and fittings are very high quality and the shower has a water pressure maintained at a constant 3 bars using a Megaflo pressurised system.

Megaflow is a unique and sophisticated system deigned for high performance and efficiency. It works off the existing boiler and fits anywhere in the house - in this home it is installed in the garage. Megaflo is a perfect solution for homes with multiple or en-suite bathrooms and showers.

Dressing room

The dressing room has a bank of fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers for ample storage. The double glazed windows were created to match the original house and have specially designed and manufactured frames, like those which are visible in the bedroom, they are hardwood framed and painted for durability and style.

Ground floor dining room

The ground floor has an additional single storey extension, the picture of the dining room shows the additional 8 ft single storey and windows that were specially designed and manufactured to match the original house style. They are hardwood and painted for both durability and style.
