Damp Course Survey

Before embarking on any damp course treatment we conduct a full property survey and supply you with a complete report including findings and recommendations. A fixed price quotation for any necessary work is included.

Damp Course Treatments

Rising damp is usually achieved using a mortar injection process. Penetrating damp is treated by first repairing the affected brick or stone work, including re-pointing, before applying silicone treatment.

Timber Wet Rot or Dry Rot

All affected areas are fully exposed and any rotten timbers replaced. The cause of the problem (e.g. poor ventilation, leaking roof) is then corrected.
